Lorna Jane Middle East Returns Policy

Lorna Jane Middle East is sure you will love your new active wear.  However, we understand that from time to time things don’t always go as planned and that you may wish to return or exchange a product for an alternative style, size or colour.  We want you to love and enjoy your Lorna Jane ME purchase.  If something isn’t quite right, please let us know.

Returns and Exchange Notice Period

Product exchanges and returns may be made within 14 days from your original purchase date.  Please note that all returned items must be in a good condition and not used, along with all original tags and packaging.

The item being returned must clearly have been purchased via your Lorna Jane ME online account. We are unable to accept returns that are not clearly evidenced as purchased through Lorna Jane ME.  If you have purchased your Lorna Jane Active Wear through an alternative channel, you must please return it directly to that channel under the channel’s own terms and conditions that apply.

Please ensure that any item being returned to us clearly shows in your Lorna Jane ME online account, and ideally include the proof of purchase within your return.

Return / Exchange within the UAE

Below are the steps to follow to request for a return within the UAE:

- Provide the information of the product that you would like to return (if using whatsapp send an image of the tag)

- Provide your invoice / receipt number

We will then arrange a Courier pick up via our account.

Please accept the Courier pick up request and organise the pick-up ASAP, remembering that your product must arrive back to us within 14 days from your original purchase date. 

Once we receive the returned product, and it is deemed to have met our “14 days return” and “in original condition” policies – we will process the credit to your Lorna Jane ME account within 48 hours.

Return / Exchange Outside of the UAE

At the current time returns outside of the UAE must be arranged, and paid for, by the customer.

To notify us of your return, please:

- Provide your invoice / receipt number

Please remember that your product must arrive back to us within 14 days from your date of purchase, so please select your return courier service accordingly.

Please also remember to clearly mark the parcel and address as a product return to ensure that no further duty applies.

Don’t forget to ask for a tracking ID / proof of shipping to track your parcel and have proof of sending.

Once we receive the product, and it is deemed to have met our “14 days return” and “return in original condition” policies – we will process the refunded credit to your Lorna Jane ME online account within 48 hours.  You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size, and alternative product altogether, or save to shop later.

Gift with Purchase Returns

Should you at any time qualify for a gift with purchase upon meeting a minimum spend requirement, and you change your mind and your order is returned, the gift with purchase item must also be returned in original un-worn condition with all tags intact; otherwise the full retail price of the gift will be reduced from the returned amount to be credited to your Lorna Jane ME online account.

Gift with purchase items are subject to availability and can not be exchanged, redeemed for cash or substituted for change of mind.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once fully placed and confirmed.

Change of Mind Return and Refund Policy

For all prepaid orders, we offer a refund either via credit to your Lorna Jane ME online account, or alternatively, a refund back onto the credit or debit card used for your original purchase transaction.  Please note that bank card refunds can take from 7-14 business days depending on the bank and process involved.  Credit to your Lorna Jane ME online account is completed within 2 business days.

However, if you purchased via a cash on delivery order, then you will receive credit to your Lorna Jane ME online account to spend later on alternative products.  

You will need to activate a return request ensuring receipt by us of your returned product within 14 days from the date of original purchase. You must make sure that your products are with the original tags still attached and all of the original packaging, with the item(s) being in an unworn and un-marked condition.  

Once we receive the item back and have ensured it meets our “return in original condition” standards, we will process your refund via your chosen method:

Credit to your Lorna Jane ME online account can be processed within 2 business days

Bank/credit card refund will take from 7-14 business days

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Cash On Delivery orders will only have any refund processed through credit applied to your Lorna Jane ME online account only and the credit will be posted onto your official Lorna Jane ME online account within 2 business days.  We are unable to refund cash.

 

Product Exchange Policy

For exchanges please whatsapp  +971 56 012 6126 or email accounts@funkyfitonline.com with the item being returned and the required exchange.

We will first ensure that the alternative size or product is available for you before asking you to arrange for the return of the incorrect size.  If available, we will reserve the correct size / alternative product for you.  However, please note that we can only hold products reserved for the 14 days return / exchange policy, which is 14 days from your original date of purchase, or the receipt of your returned goods (whichever is the earlier). We can not hold products on reserve beyond this point, thus urge a timely product return.

Once the correct size / alternative product is confirmed as available you will need to process a return for in the usual manner, clearly marking your package as a product exchange.

Once we receive your return, and it is confirmed to meet our “return in original condition” standards, we will apply the credit to your account, and then promptly exchange and dispatch the correct sized item to you, using your Lorna Jane ME online account credit from the returned product against the exchanged item.

Should any difference need to be paid, we will contact you to arrange payment.  Should any excess balance occur, this will continue to be held on your Lorna Jane ME online account.

When making a size exchange only, on a like for like product, if the price of the product has increased, the product will still be exchanged without any request for further payment from the client. 

We will not be held liable for any missed exchanges where no exchange information was include within the returned product package, or the returned product was received outside of the 14 day policy.

Important Note:

Exchanges must be completed within the 14 days from original purchase, meaning the returned item must be returned to and received by us before the 14 days from original purchase have expired.

 

Returns and Exchange Costs

Whilst returns and exchanges are currently free within the UAE, Lorna Jane ME reserves the right to charge actual delivery costs for repetitive returns and exchanges on the same item or order.

For returns and exchanges under AED150 the client will need to organise the return of the item at their own expense, as well as pay any delivery charge for the further delivery of the exchanged item (if the exchanged item is also under AED 150).  This is in line with the chargeable delivery cost of items / orders under AED 150.

Returns and exchanges from outside of the UAE are currently chargeable, as the client will need to arrange the return courier themselves.  We aim to improve this service in the future and will update these terms and conditions as and when an alternative policy has been put in place.  In the meantime, we apologise for any inconvenience.  

 

No Returns Policy

From time to time there are a few products for which we have a no-return policy.  This usually applies to certain items for hygiene purposes, or for those items clearly marked as samples, imperfect, damaged or incomplete and are either highly discounted or final sale.  All products falling under this category will be clearly marked as such and thus we advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.

Should an item be faulty for any reason other than that marked, and for that which the discount has been applied, then all other statutory rights of return remain and follow our standard process.
