UAE Delivery

For express, same day delivery within DUBAI ONLY we offer a premium Careem Bike delivery service.

This service is FREE for all orders over AED 1,500 (and applies to most areas in Dubai)

Items can usually be received via Careem Bike within 3 hours (typically less), for those emergency needs. 

For order values below AED 1,500, Careem bike ranges from AED30-60 depending on order size and seasonal delivery trends, exact amount can be seen at check out.  On occasion - typically inclement weather, Ramadan prayer times, or excessive demand - Careem Bike services may be suspended for short periods of time.


For Standard Delivery Services, we deliver free of charge within the UAE for all Orders over AED350, typically via Quiqup.

Once dispatched, delivery is usually next day. We aim to dispatch all orders same day where orders are received before 5pm, otherwise next day.

For orders under AED350 a fixed delivery fee of AED25 applies and will be added at checkout.


SALE ITEMS, PLEASE NOTE:

Items that are purchased in the SALE with discounts applied of 50% or above must be returned at the customers own expense, or exchanged in store, within 7 days of purchase.  Items may only be exchanged, or where no alternative product can be found, a credit to E-Wallet may be requested.


GCC Delivery

For delivery to Saudi Arabia and Qatar the following delivery fees apply:

- FREE for all orders over AED 1,500+

- AED 40 for orders under AED 1,500, but over AED 1,000

- AED 75 for orders under AED 1,000, but over AED 500

- AED 100 for orders under AED 500

Deliveries typically take 3-5 business days.

For delivery to Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait the following delivery fees apply, added at checkout:

- FREE for all orders over AED 1,000+

- AED 40 for orders under AED 1,000, but over AED 500

- AED 75 for orders under AED 500

Deliveries typically take 2-4 business days.

GCC delivery (outside of the UAE) is via FEDEX and your tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as we dispatch your order.

Delivery Outside of the UAE

You will be importing goods into your destination country.  We wish to remind you that as the importer of goods you are legally liable for any and all taxes, duties and charges by the Government of the delivery destination.  By confirming a purchase, you are accepting responsibility for all Customs charges, duties and taxes that may arise in connection with your receipt of the goods.  We do not have control over Customs charges and are unable to advise what they will be in each jurisdiction, as it is based on the various countries own rules, regulations and policies that vary from time to time.  If you are concerned about the value and types of charges that may apply, please contact your local Customs Office for clarity, prior to placing an order and proceeding to check out.  All such charges will be due to be paid by the customer to the delivery partner (receiving such fees and duties on behalf of the relevant countries Customs) upon delivery of the order.

We do not accept back any orders due to rejection of Customs charges.  Orders can not be returned to sender.  Should any order make its way back to us for these reasons we will deduct all fees, charges, Customs duties, taxes, delivery charges and any other cost involved with handling the order, plus an additional administration fee of 15% of the total original order value prior to processing any remaining refund via the usual channels within our refund policy. 

Currency Used

All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED), and are inclusive of UAE VAT at 5%.

Dispatch of Order

Orders are typically dispatched same day if the order is placed before 5pm UAE time, otherwise next business day.

In the rare circumstance that an item can not be fulfilled for any reason, we will contact you via the email address provided with the order.

Acceptance of Goods

Upon receipt the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.  If the goods are not acceptable in any way, the customer must notify Lorna Jane ME immediately, and also follow the steps under the Returns Policy.
